These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 0kplay ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 0kplay website located at https://0kplay.com and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 0kplay platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 0kplay employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account access with any third party, including family members.
• You must notify 0kplay immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 0kplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• Account registration is subject to identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method.

0kplay reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the 0kplay platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 0kplay supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 0kplay's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 0kplay account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 0kplay does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied prior to withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to availability.
• 0kplay reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

0kplay offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 0kplay reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the 0kplay platform — including live casino games, slots, Dragon and Tiger, Keno, Bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer processes, as applicable. 0kplay does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, 0kplay's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. 0kplay's decision in such matters is final.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. Players are responsible for verifying their selections before confirming any wager.

• 0kplay reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, system fault, or human error has materially affected the outcome.

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.

• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 0kplay staff through any communication channel.

All content on the 0kplay platform — including but not limited to the 0kplay brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 0kplay or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 0kplay platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent.
• Use the 0kplay brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any content for commercial purposes or for the benefit of any third party.

Any unauthorized use of 0kplay's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 0kplay.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 0kplay, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond 0kplay's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Decisions made by you based on information provided on the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its services.
• Losses arising from your reliance on game outcomes, odds, or promotional information.

The 0kplay platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 0kplay's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

0kplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon termination, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. 0kplay will not be liable for any losses resulting from account termination where such termination is due to a breach of these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
